Doesn't work.
When closing the door, it will not latch the door all the way and have to close the door slowing in order for the door to be close all the way. This start since I bought it and installed it.

The quality of the product was good, on the 2nd time around
They sent me the product, I installed it, and it was defective... Although I contacted Amazon n they assisted with replacing it and the next one has worked just fine...

Works like it should!
Great replacement for my 2008 Silverado HD that the door lock/unlock function stopped working. Unfortunately, I've noticed that these aftermarket actuators don't last as long as factory originals. (replaced this one before about 4 years ago with an aftermarket one) But for the price, you can't go wrong! One thing after you've installed it, make sure the door catch lever on the actuator is in the right position before you shut the door. I will update as time goes by to see how long this one lasts.
