The media could not be loaded. We purchased the Robo L10s Ultra a week ago. Before buying, had several doubts, especially since the company and product are new to India. In fact, had never heard of this company. However, upon researching online, I found that the company was founded in China in 2017 and is part of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain. This information instilled some confidence to further investigate the product's worth.Conducted my own research, compared it with similar products on the market, and established that we needed a device that excelled in mopping. Vacuuming has been well-handled by the first generation of robots, and all current brands have decent functioning bots for vacuum sweeping. However, mopping, especially in Indian conditions, is a crucial function. A bot that doesn't mop well has a limited functional role, and mopping is a significantly more complex problem than vacuuming.Through my research, I found that bots with emptying stations that can clean the mopping pads and have rotating mopping disks are clear differentiators. Only a few companies offer this product, and they are generally 3 to 4 times more expensive than other bots. This is why we ultimately chose Dreametech.I even spoke to the customer support on the number displayed on Amazon product page. The customer support and sales responded to all my queries and also did follow-up calls with the information which they did not have. Yes, the product and team being new, they also have to guess go back and do some work to answer 🙂Post purchase of the product the installation and demo / training was done by the local support team. We are in Hyderabad and Dreame has local support person available here. When I raised the installation request, the local support contacted me back within few hours and the installation was done in our in the same day! This was actually a surprise because I was thinking that the company being new will not be able to be so swift.With usage of the product of one week, would like to list out what is good and bad.ProsAutomatic emptying system: Super handy. No need to mess around. The mopping disks get cleaned in every 200 to 300 sq feet automatically by sending the robo to the stationHigh suction power: With 5300Pa, it doesn't miss a thing, from dirt and small objects to random bits and pieces.Smart navigation: The AI 3D tech in this robot is cool - avoids furniture and bumps like a pro.Good battery life: The battery lasts a good while and it cleans up really well. Perfect for those with big homes.Easy to use: The Dreamehome app is well-made with relevant notifications, key settings, and overrides including zone wise preferences and no-go zones, etc. It takes a while to get used to the app but once you understand, it's very usable and functionalThere are a few downsides to mention:- When it comes to multi-floor mopping, you'll need to turn off the self-cleaning feature for the mopping pads. That's because you can carry the bot to another floor, but the emptying station stays put. This is definitely something that needs a solution.- The bot doesn't seem to pick up on smaller items like wires. It steps on them and then gets stuck. I'm hopeful that the algorithm will improve over time and this issue will be sorted out.- We've noticed that sometimes the pads leave a white streak in certain areas.- Lastly, the bot makes a pretty loud noise while cleaning the mopping pads, which can be a bit annoying.

I couldn't be happier with my Dreame L10s Ultra robot vacuum. It truly delivers on all fronts! From the moment I set it up, I was impressed by how user-friendly it is. The app integration is intuitive, making it super easy to customize cleaning schedules and zones.The cleaning performance is outstanding—whether it’s tiles, hardwood, or carpets, it picks up dust and debris effortlessly. The mop function is a game-changer; my floors look spotless without me lifting a finger.I particularly love its smart navigation and the battery life is fantastic, lasting through atleast two cleaning sessions on a single charge. The service is good too at my location which is Nagpur. I had a small issue with the robot failing to connect to WiFi and always appeared offline. However within a week of submitting a support ticket, the issue was promptly attended to and resolved by flashing the WiFi module drivers at a local service centre.Overall, the Dreame L10s Ultra combines efficiency, advanced technology, and convenience. It’s made maintaining a clean home practically effortless. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality robot vacuum!

While the product performance is pretty good, the spare part availability is pathetic. The machine developed a problem after using it for 11 months and I reported the same to the service team. While the service person visited me promptly, he did not have the necessary spare part to fix the product. The product is lying unused due to spare part unavailability for the past one month and I am being forced to pay dearly for the maid service to mop my house. There still is no ETA for the spare part from the service centre which is extremely concerning after spending close to 75k on this product last year.

The media could not be loaded. Dreame 10s is a robot vaccum with self cleaning ability. It can clean dust and water for mopping using the base station.At around 55k, this is on the costlier side. The extra cost is for low maintenance for the cleaning part. It also washes the mop after each cleaning. Please note that it does not dries the mop so you need to put it out to dry once in a whileIt requires 15 amp of electricity and has a short power cable. Be sure to have 15 amp power next to where it is installed. I was not prepared for the same and had to call electrician to make changes.Volume level are ok. Not too loud.Some maintenance is required like cleaning the ramp of the base station, emptying the filter in the robot, emptying/replace the garbage bag after 3 months or soCleaning is good. Picks up small dust. Good for everyday cleaning. Not good for heavy cleaning like scrub the floor. Not good with big peices as expected. Mopping is at 3 level. I used the medium as wet mop.Mapping is effective. Be sure to remove all small furniture and object during first mapping. You can schedule cleaning remotely too. You can schedule cleaning too.
