First off , I never write reviews unless they’re negative. I’ve had the Joy moop for almost 2 months. I wasn’t given anything to do this review , I paid full price for the item and I received nothing free . So far it’s been working wonderfully. I have not had any problems with the mop heads . I have not had any problems with the weight of lifting. It cleans beautifully and with such ease. The size is great it holds a nice amount of water . I have dogs , cats , grandkids and adults always in and out . My kitchen is always full. I can quickly pull this out and clean up any mishaps that happen. It does not take long to clean the whole floor , quite speedy . The dry time is cut in half . I wish I had found this sooner . It is reasonably priced, and you could throw the mop pads in the wash. It’s so great I am going to purchase another to keep in my bathroom. I’ve already turned on so many family and friends to it . Especially the family and friends that have seen me pull it out for quick clean ups . Saves money in the long run with the other disposable ones on the market. Great product. I don’t know how many spin mop buckets I have gone through over the years because of leaks . This has no leaks and no spin mechanism to fail . I really recommend this . I am in love with this product lol . I like cleaning my floors now . I will definitely be purchasing another for my bathrooms . I rave about this mop all the time.

I love this mop and bucket! It’s perfect for hardwood floors just enough water to get the floor clean, but not enough to soak them! Also great for cleaning the walls, and the telescoping handle is great for getting the top of the wall! Great for cleaning baseboards too!

This is the best most convenient mop I’ve used in a long time. The quality is good, you can keep as much water on the mop or as little as you need. It comes with extra mop pads. This is a large that I’m using.

I was excited to try this mop because it is easy and even fun to use, but the quality is extremely disappointing. I have purchased two so far and both broke in the exact same way. The base where the handle connects is made of very weak plastic. If the mop falls over or you apply normal pressure while cleaning, the plastic snaps and the mop becomes completely useless. The first one lasted only a short while so I tried again thinking I would be extra careful. Unfortunately the second one did not even last two weeks before breaking in the same spot. This design flaw makes the mop far too fragile. The connector piece is simply too small and too weak to withstand regular use. I also tried contacting the vendor directly but there is no clear way to reach them which adds to the frustration. I am very dissatisfied and hope the manufacturer considers redesigning the attachment with stronger materials so this product can live up to its potential. I originally purchase the JOYMOOP Mop and Bucket Set with the Middle #1 bucket, but then realized as soon as I saw the box that it was going to be too small. Maybe okay for a closet size apartment, but not really suitable for a house. So I returned and bought the larger version with the Large #2 bucket. The JOYMOOP Mop and Bucket seems to work okay. You cover a lot of ground quickly. You cannot get into small spaces like you could with a string mop, but you get good coverage and you also have the ability to make clean sweeps across walls or any other flat surfaces which is a plus. The design is different than what I thought it would be. I figured there would be a clean water side and a dirty water side instead of dry and wet / wash, but that seems to work well enough. One thing I found pretty worthless is the 3/4" / 20mm tall "MAX" label inside the wet / wash side. I mean, it might as well say: stop filling the bucket when it overflows! A maximum LINE would work better, you know, FULL. And I'm not sure why you would fill less than the entire bucket. Sure, when running the mop through the wringer part it should dampen the entire thing. I presume anyway, but it seems like you - or at least I would - prefer to soak the entire mop head prior to wringing, get it evenly wet with solution. Another thing I have trouble with is the flip up / down side. The writing on the top of the mop head is a PALE gray "this way up" and is difficult to see. I also wish the handles screwed AND LOCKED into place (like the top and bottom sections) as they tend to untighten through normal use. The entire handle and mop you need to baby a bit. It is definitely NOT heavy duty, but I guess lightweight is part of its selling point. Overall it does what it is suppose to do. But you have to be gentle, it is not heavy duty like a commercial mop with a wooden handle and a string head that is virtually indestructible.

Works great, functional. The ringer is extra tight gets all the water out. You will need to a little more force to push it through. The handle is pretty long great for tall people like myself (6'1).

The JOYMOOP mop and bucket has exceeded my expectations. I have used it to wash walls, and with an additional 2 extender poles, my 10' ceiling. As well as high A/C vents. I have used it with water and Windex to clean large sliding patio doors in once over swipes (and no streaks). I have used it to wet-mop my oriental rugs, they came out beautiful. It works well and dries quickly on tile, and wet-mop of traffic areas in bedroom carpets. This tool has cut my weekly cleaning time in half!

Good quality and size just right. Not too heavy to carry when with water.
