We have a lot of fun customizing our LED Badges for all occasions/holidays!

Works well, especially when I need my name badge at night while volunteering outdoors in low light. Easy to program, but I had to laugh when I opened the box and a mini-CD fell out. Who uses those things anymore. ;-)

This is such a cool little gadget. But for the life of me I can not get the software to work with the badge. I can't even tell if the software recognizes the badge. Even using other software versions does not help. Probably a dud. Really wanted to use this as the software seems fun to use. Was going to use it at my job.

Where was this thing in my younger days when I worked at any one of the many menial jobs where a name tag was a required part of the uniform?! LOL.Setup was quick and easy with the clear and concise instructions. I recommend going to the website for the software rather than the included CD. You'll probably get the "404 Page not found" error like I did, but just click on the link to download the latest driver and you'll get the full and up to date latest software package, driver included (which as of the date of this review is version 9.33). Installation was super quick and easy, and I literally had this working in under 5 minutes! While my first test phrase was NSFW, I had a substitute granddaughter friendly message being displayed in under a minute. Software is super easy to use and customization of your message or message is likewise super easy. I feel even the most technology or computer challenged person could easily get this installed and configured with minimal difficulty.Device comes with both a pin (like all good name badges "back in the day") or magnetic attachment so that you don't have to put holes in your clothing. Both worked well in securing this to my shirt.I can easily see this being used for holidays, birthdays, staff meetings (so the boss doesn't forget the peons he's walking on names), replacing the standard static name badges, and more. Between the price, simplicity of setup, and ease of use, I would expect to see these becoming hugely popular in the near future.I would advocate for their use 100% and without reservation.A+++++

The product itself works well once programmed messages are installed in it. The software and the way you have to get the software to download felt sketchy to me. In fact, I almost didn’t follow through with it because it seemed like a virus portal being downloaded to my computer. Like I said though product itself works well.

I would have loved to have something like this years ago but now I use it for my livestreams where I can put the price of a product or any other pertinent information that I want displayed. The software on PC is simple to use and the only limit is the amount of LEDs (pixels).It’s a blast and people love it as well!

The software reminds me of old-time Windows when I was a kid, but it works just fine. Menus are menus. It comes with a mini CD but you can also download the software needed. You can individually assign each LED to create images or text. I had to manually move letters over to make them fit better while I was dinking around the first time, which was surprising easy, though a bit time-consuming. Who doesn't want a leaderboard right on their chest?! It comes with a magnetic back but also has a pin back if you need that instead. The magnets are strong enough to go through thicker hoodie material when I tried it, so shouldn't be a problem for suits and shirts.

Works great! Good value and quality. Really easy to use. Looks good.
