Okay... I have a confession... I used to line my spring form pan with aluminum foil, as my cheesecakes still stuck to the sides and I wanted a more finished sides to the cheesecakes. Along came this little miracle and it works wonderfully. I would definitely not make a cheesecake without it and would highly recommend buying it. Another plus, is that it washes easily in the top shelf of your dishwasher.

I use this product every week. They are great for lining the springform pans I use to make cheesecakes. I especially like the easy clean-up. Very durable. Highly recomend this product to bakers of any level. I am buying more!
