Im not sure how loud a lorry is when u r inside. The sound quality is very good and loud. I am a driving instructor and use it on a daily basis.

Does it fit right enough to go running with it?

Yes. It fits stable enough. You can run wearing it. Extra ear clips strengthen the stability.

Not sure but I don't think it would work again if you dropped it in water.
