It's not bad, I can't speak for audiophiles.
I'm not an audiofile, so remember that. However it sounds great, honestly equal to what my AUX shows but my setup is not what most have. I'm happy though as it's 10ft of expansion for a standing desk. It's not bad quality at all.

Amazing cable! I can see why alot, even thousands of people give 5 or 4 star rating for this product. The minute I plug this beautiful design, good quality for the awesome price of this product was amazing and I was really impressed by the results. Nice, clean and clear audio sound and it helps the subwoofer pounds the base abit more which is a plus. Good job KabelDirekt there's potential here for this brand and I never heard of this brand before which is wild and trust me I've had tried different optical cables over the years from the past since the Playstation 3 era which is a long time. So my best advice or opinion for you people out there is don't go to cheap on cables especially if you have a brand new tv or high quality expensive tv get your self a good quality cables including Hdmi cables for better quality & performance for movies and gaming including if you people love listening to music. So far till this day my best brand is Monster & KabelDirekt when it comes to optical cables. If you take care of your product they will last a long time.

السلك بعد فترة مايشتغل تظهر مشلكة من طرف السلك ماعاد يشتغل الى لما تهز السلك من الطرف كأنه ينفصل سلك من الداخل جودة الاسلاك الداخليه سيئه جدا ولو اتواصلت مع صاحب المتجر يقولك مافي اي ضمان على السلك يعني لو اشترت السلك وطلعت معاك هذه المشكلة ارمي السلك كله .

Longueur correcte, la qualité est au rendez-vous, mais malheureusement ça n'a pas fonctionné pour moi. Je pense que c'est un souci côté matériel, car avec d'autres appareils, ça marche au poil. Pour témoigner un peu, si quelqu'un est dans le même cas que moi : non, ça ne fonctionnera pas avec le Freebox Player (Devialet) branché à la télé en optique et un appareil type box Android en HDMI. Le son ne sort tout simplement pas sur l'enceinte, malgré toutes les manip possibles. Je précise que le Freebox Player n'est plus associé à un abonnement Free. En bref, bon produit avec d'autres appareils, mais incompatibilité bloquante dans cette configuration précise.
