It's working as intended in my engine Getting the intake manifold off on this car is a big pain if you don't have a long 12 mm wrench Go get a long 12 mm wrench if you're also buying this thing because you're going to need it. Unless you hate yourself and love wasting time. Trying to get hard to reach 12 mm bolts

I originally installed a non V-TEC, non EGR ported gasket for the intake. Kept getting the engine code for EGR low efficiency. Then I found out there are 2 different types of gaskets. Bought this one and installed. NO MORE CODES. 5 stars all the way.

Did the job and fits perfectly on the civic. Beware ex gasket is different from lx & dx models.
