Mueller Single Serve Coffee Maker, Coffee Machine for Most Single Cup Pods including K-Cup Pods, Rapid Brew Technology

I have had it for over a year and use it often. there is a trick to it but I love mine. tried to get another one for work but can't find them anywhere. Such a shame. for the price it's perfect!

What is cool about it!? That you don't have to use just the K cups...you can use your own groundcoffee and place it in the special made cup for the machine. I would make the cup holder space a little wider to take different size mugs. Also a button for different amounts of water to be able to chose the strength of the coffee I am making. It kinda made a mess with the actual grounds versus the K cups...the pressure of the water going through spatted water and some grounds all over the area.

Easy to use

This is my first single serve coffee maker experience. I do like it's size as it fits in a small space, also after machine warms up the coffee gets brewed pretty quickly. On the down side, I expected a precise English language instruction manual and instructions to thoroughly explain the machine's features. It appears like the instructions pamphlet was translated from some other language into English using an automated process which produced a low quality wording, that confuses the reader. Also more operating details need to be included to fully explain the machine features. I've communicated these observations to Mueller's support group, and hopefully they'll make the corresponding changes.

This coffee maker was used as a back up when I made coffee at our cottage. I probably have not used more than about 50 K cups. I’ve had it for about a year and three months but did not use it very often. The maker stopped working today it overheated and steam was coming out and coffee grounds also from the cake up. Messy cleanup. I guess you get what you pay for.
