Almost all the essentials
I have so many health issues, and my diet is limited because of the health issues. So that creates more health issues related to malnutrition.I started having atrocious, horrible cramps in my legs and feet, plus infuriating twitches, both of which got me looking up supplements. I knew they were caused by electrolyte and other deficiencies.Anyway I found an article that said what to look for in a multi vitamin. The best affordable match I could find was this product, and it's from a recognizable brand I've used many times before which made me feel better. The articles I read said that multi vitamins have MOST of the vitamins and minerals you need, but they basically can't fit significant amounts of magnesium, calcium and potassium, and they may cost too much. If you look at the percentages, they may only have 2% RDA. Plus not everyone needs to supplement those, especially potassium. If you get too much potassium it could be dangerous. Oh and the recommended quantities of each vitamin and mineral were very very close to, or exactly the same as, the quantities in this supplement. I can't remember exactly because it's been awhile, but I was really happy to find this.I started making sure to take this multivitamin every day, along with Nature Made cal mag twice a day. I have a ton of gut issues but if I take the pills with food it's fine. I get queasy if I forget to eat though, but I feel fine again after eating. I haven't supplemented potassium yet because most supplements only have 2%. I'm going to use a powder supplement when I can.I started taking the cal mag when I wasn't taking the multivitamin. It completely eliminated the leg cramps and twitches. I ran out of cal mag for awhile and didn't prioritize getting more. My legs started twitching and having cramps again, although nowhere near as bad as before. So anyway, if you get this product you might want to look at the cal mag as well, and make sure you get enough potassium from some other source.

Great
Great multivitamin and I can feel the difference in energy when I take them.I do want to add a side of caution however and i didn’t knock stars off for this because I know it is more to do with personal individual issue than the product itself. Still none the less worth mentioning. While I love these vitamins cause they do work great. I’ve discovered that I’m not able to take them every day. They are likely to strong of a dose for me to do so, because after taking them everyday for a week I noticed was starting to have the side effect of mild stomach pain and general just feeling crummy.I did try eating a meal before taking to see if that was the issue and it helped a small bit with the stomach pain but not completely. So i switched to taking these every other 2-3 days and found that works better. I don’t feel ick when i do it this way and i think it’s due to maybe I just need longer to metabolize it.My bf also takes these and he’s not had any issue with them when taking daily. He’s also loving the difference they’ve made in his overall energy/health.
