Apple (Refurbished) iPhone 14 Pro Max (256 GB) - Space Black

I bought an iPhone through Amazon 5 months ago. After the latest iOS update, I am no longer able to make calls or connect to 5G. When I went to the Apple Store, I was told that this is a US model that normally works only with e-SIM. The seller had modified the phone, which is not allowed, and such devices should not even be sold in the UAE. Apple also confirmed that the phone is refurbished and not covered under warranty. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was told it has a 1-year warranty, yet Apple clearly stated it is no longer under warranty. This leaves me with a phone I cannot use, no proper support, and no solution. I feel misled as a customer, and it is very disappointing that no one from Amazon is trying to help resolve this issue. This situation is not acceptable and damages Amazon’s image of trust and reliability.

Phone is no longer usable, mother board bad, charging system not functioning and SIM card system not functioning.

It's not working properly after only 5 days of use it's glitching and typing random stuff, it literally has a mind of its own now I am not pleased and I really needed it

At first I was very nervous to buy iPhone from this Digital World Mobility thinking its new seller and no positive feedbacks. But when I received my order I was surprised to get this product in best condition without any scratches nor problem with software glitch. It’s been 10 days still I haven’t found any problem. Even the battery is still in healthy condition. I recommend people to buy through this seller. Thanks to Amazon team and Digital World Mobility too.

This phone battery is suck its just draining so fast in 5 minutes battery level will half I don't recommend this item to anyone

i droped the phone the phone off a table thinking it would be fine but to my suprise the screen stoped working idk i think the phones supposed to be more durable than that

My phone sim does not work and looking up imei its does not match and esim is not provided it is shocking that amazon is selling this without any scrutiny .
