Thanks for the question! Depending on the batch, we either use organic canola oil or organic safflower oil as a defoamer.

Hi Robin, Runamok is located in northwestern Vermont. Our sugarbush is located in Cambridge (where we tap and boil our sap into syrup) and our facility, where we barrel-age, infused, bottle and fulfill our orders, is in Fairfax, Vermont.
