Shilajit

Since I have been taking these supplements, I noticed that I have not been sick for over a year, and also give me a lot of extra energy. I would definitely recommend this product.

I gave Rainbow Nutrients Shilajit Capsules a try. It's my first time using a Shilajit product, and I admit it does give you a little extra boost. I've been popping a pill about 30 minutes-ish before my daily workouts, and then another one midday, and it's not a super jolt per say but an extra ounce of stamina that allows you to turn it up a notch, whether it's a second workout or some regular work, or just making it through the day. I feel its a lot more natural than compared to like an energy drink. So good stuff been at it for a little over a week now, and I'm excited to see how this will make me look/feel after the entire bottle.

Did not help with energy at all. Any suggestions on other supplements that can help with energy, specifically related to menopause?
