3 Months Postpartum - helping with weight loss?
I gave birth 3 months ago, am currently not breastfeeding and am having an absolutely horrible time trying to lose weight. Balanced my hormones, after years of trying to!
These were a life saver, I don’t know why I stopped taking them, but I plan to start taking them again and to order more! I’ve had a horrible hormonal imbalance since I’ve been about 15 yrs old. I’m in my early 20’s now and have tried a lot of things to correct my irregular cycles, I’ve tried birth control, diet altering and even tried a few all natural supplements! Gentle on the GI track, estrogen inhibitory properties TBD
I have been taking this product for a couple weeks thus far and have no complaints. At the maximum recommended dosage of two (2) capsules three times (3x) daily I have no GI complaints, even without taking with food as the bottle indicates.I have not had my blood work retaken while consuming this product so as far as the estrogen blocking properties, that is still TBD. I hope to report back here with my results in a few more weeks.
