I've owned a few of these steamers and after a few years they just stop working. Probably because I'm too lazy to use distilled water. For $30, if it survives 5 years I'm happy. I like this one over my others because it's solid and easy to hold. I like being able to power it on, wait about 15-20 seconds, then get to work. Small enough to pack for travel. I've had one before where the head rotated down to make it more compact for travel and I didn't like it. Steam flow is awesome. I have some pants and shirts made from materials that will melt under a hot iron so they need to be steamed and this steamer took less than a minute for each garment. Cord is long so I can plug it into a receptacle down low and has plenty of slack. Very nice build quality and recommended.
