I have to preface this review by saying that I bought several things for my CTS at the same time as a pair of these. While I am always aware of my CTS, horseback riding a few weeks ago caused a major flare up, and since then, with my first sip of coffee, I've taken 600-800mg of ibuprofen, even when I wear wrist braces to sleep, and then every 5-6 hours throughout the day. I'm a couple of hours into today after using these, and have not yet felt the need to take anything, though my CTS is so bad, I do feel a slight tingling in my hands as I write this. But, I can write this, and the tingling is just that, my hands are not on fire.I was hesitant to spend this amount of money on wrist braces, but I really wanted something that I could wear during the day, or, at least have some use of my hands when I wear them at night. These meet both of those needs. I won't say that I can do everything I could if I didn't have braces on, but because these are not bulky and are sized to fit my wrist, I have greater freedom than other, 'one-size' or non-lateral braces I've used. One of my biggest issues with past braces has been the metal rod in the bottom which these have, but it is not bothersome at all, they're not too wide, and my hand fits neatly into them. The rod on the top of the brace is flexible, and I don't feel it at all when I wear these.Other reviews mentioned the velcro not being strong enough, I'd say the opposite, the velcro holds very well. Another review mentioned the big thumb whole - While I can agree the thumb hole is big, I can rearrange my hand in the brace to a point where it's not bothersome at all. They are soft and breathable.Because I also picked up a rollerball massager for my forearms, a TENS unit, and hand/wrist exercisers at the same time as these, plus I've been doing nerve glide exercises the last few days, I can't say with certainty that all the relief I feel is because of these. But, I have little doubt these are a big part of it, as the exercises will take time to build strength, and the TENS + massage roller will as well, because as of this morning my forearms are still full of knots.

I started noticing my hands going numb at night , it would wake me up at night with pain in my hands. I work with a Hand Surgeon, I'm a surgical tech, & I mentioned this to her bc carpal tunnel surgery is 75% of her case load. She actually told me the same thing was happening to her, & she bought some hand braces from Amazon that really helped her hands & she want waking up at night anymore. She also said that she could tell a difference in her daily activities with her hands that they weren't hurting as bad as they were before she started using the braces she bought from amazon. Of course i asked her which ones she bought? And she sent 'em to me, so I bought the same ones she did. After only 3 nights of using these, I could tell a dramatic difference in the numbness in my hands at work & at night. Even when I was driving my car before using the braces, my hands would go numb.After using these braces, no more numbness in my hands while holding my steering wheel. And the difference it made at night, I don't wake up anymore at night with my hands going numb and in pain. These things are amazing!!! if you're not gonna trust me, Trust a hand surgeon that recommended these hand braces bc they also has helped her! She says when she gets home from work, she puts him on right away and wears them all night long. I personally can tell a dramatic difference and my hand numbness, a 100% worth the money? Don't go cheap, get these their magic

These are by far the most comfortable Wrist braces that I have found. I have really small hands wrists so it’s hard to find the ones that fit right. The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars is the pink rubber design falls off, and you can see where it’s supposed to be. Would love to get a set for my right and left hand with a design that doesn’t come off or just in plain black.

I have always bought a different brand of wrist brace. I saw this one on Amazon and thought I would try it. Tried it, love it. The fit is perfect, very confortable to wear. The straps that act as closures are great, very secure, reasy to put on. I love the straps because the straps don't stick up after time, velcrow won't stick to your clothing. Added bonus...it looks much more attactive than other braces. I would advice anyone to try it.

I love this! I recently woke up with my whole arm down to my fingertips completely numb. Slowly feeling came back, but not strength. My wrist has been too weak to lift and this has helped so much for when I need to lift anything, even just my hand! This has helped a lot and I highly recommend it. I’ve also been wearing it to bed hoping that whatever caused this to begin with won’t happen again. If I just slept on it wrong, but idk… but give it a try!

My old splint was very worn, so I tried this brand and it’s becoming my favorite. It’s lined on the inside and so comfortable and soft, which is great since I use it while I sleep. It doesn’t rub against my sensitive skin. It’s very supportive, but one thing to note is that I ordered a size medium (I have regular-sized hands) and there was a slight gap in the palm area. I think I’ve gotten used to it because it doesn’t bother me anymore, and I’m still getting the proper support while sleeping—my hand no longer goes numb. This will be my go-to brand from now on. I have already bought a couple other product from this brand and I think the quality is great and the fabrics are soft.

I originally purchased one for my right hand as I was experiencing pain and hand falling asleep at night, as I am on my computer all the time for work. It was hard for me to get use to this in the beginning but now I use it every night. I went back and purchased another one for my left hand as it was also was falling asleep at night. The pain is gone and my hands no longer fall asleep at night. I do find the Velcro is not holding up as much as I would like but they are still working, time will tell how long they last with using overnight.
