I remember when Safeguard was a heavy duty soap back in the 60s. Now we’ve got a Safeguard that’s not only gentle on the skin but antibacterial. Win-win! I appreciate the moisturizing benefit, I even use this on my 71 year old skin! It has a very light and pleasant scent, rinses off cleanly, very enjoyable to use.

I really love this soap! It has a clean, fresh scent that isn’t overpowering, and it leaves my skin feeling super smooth and soft after every shower. I like that it’s gentle but still gives a deep clean. Knowing it removes 99% of bacteria while being kind to my skin is a big plus. Definitely buying again! Good price

I waited a few weeks to review this, because it’s not useful to write something the moment you open a bar of soap, it has to be used a while to know it it’s any good. I got this for the obvious use of cleaning up after sports or working out, but I ended up using it for my morning shower. I’ll tell why using it that way was not my first intent.WHAT IT ISThis is a so-called medicated soap, it’s supposed to work on the natural bacteria that cause odors, which makes it a logical choice for sports. When you play sports with bigger than average balls the strenuous activity results in inevitable friction, which results in something that goes by various names but all of them have to do with skin irritation and odors. A very thorough washing in the shower of those areas which will end up in a restricted piece of clothing cleans them so they don’t start to smell nasty.DOES IT WORKLike so many product what works for me may not work for you, there is only one way to know if you will like it and that is to try it. But at about seven bucks a bar that’s an expensive gamble. That’s where the good news comes in that makes this a higher rated product – it lasts a long time. That’s why I feel okay using it daily in my shower. A little know thing is that many bars of soap are pumped full of air, which means you get maybe a week’s use out of one bar. I’m confident this one will last at least a month each, and that takes a bit of the sting about paying that much.YES NO MAYBEI feel good about this purchase. I started with trying the two-pack but next time I will go for the case, once I like a brand I don’t like to switch. And I like this one.

I needed some hand soap ASAP because I didn’t realize I was out, and this Safeguard saved the day. It is very softening, and smells nice. It leaves my hands feeling and smelling clean, but will strip the oils out of your skin due to how cleansing it is. I prefer my soaps to be like that, so I can have extra clean hands. Overall, I love it!

Awesome bar soap. I'm a soap snob and let me tell you Safeguard is one of The Best soaps on the market. It lathers great, smells great, cleans great and makes my skin feel clean and smooth. The price is a steal for this soap. Definitely recommend.
