Omg I have to be honest with you all. This strap releases so much tension from my upper back and neck. It makes me feel so much more comfortable throughout my day. Highly recommend this item.

A literally life saving device, although I wish they made it easier to hang from a door hook.

Need two people to use this safely.
Not so easy to set this up alone without the danger of hanging oneself, but I suppose that would also cure your neck pain on a permanent basis.
