My bf and I started taking this because the bottle caught our eye at BJ’s. It claims to not have a fishy taste and no burp. We have been trying it for months and it does what it says. There is no fishy smell and we don’t burp after taking it. The quality is good. Not too expensive. Over skin isn’t as dry taking fish oil.

A very interesting way to get your Omega 3 that is not derived directly from fish.
There is SO much controversy over omega 3 but I love the fact that this product is not derived from the fish, but from the algea the fish eat. But I can't provide a testimonial on the health benefits... I'm taking it based on my own research and have faith it is beneficial to my overall health.
