HP Printer recognizes the print head inserted but failed to recognize printer ink cartridges made by HP the original print head has springs to assist popping out ink cartridges the new one did not. Guess I will write off the $30 as a loss.

Purchased item that arrived defective and did not work. The item is not compatible with printer and it has all the same markings as my original. If you have to return it, they will honor return but their only address for shipping is China. Therefore, you are stuck paying for shipment. Cannot take it to a locate return site.

Print head was not good. There was an error message on the printer that read, print head not detected. I gave it a one star because the seller refunded my money.

I tried to put it into my printer- it wasn’t detected by the printer- probably defective.

WILL NOT TAKE OFFBRAND INKJET CARTRIDGES!!!!! Not worth the money

. Brand new out of box and didn’t work. Cost more to send back and that doesn’t even mean you’ll get a refund. Doesn’t even deserve a star in the ratings. Piece of junk is all it is. Use it as a paper weight and you’ll get more use out of it.

It doesn't work on our printer. So I would like to return it for a refund.
