Great for winding down to sleep.
Lights out. These really help to wind me down to go to sleep. You'll be yawning and running your eyes in no time.

Helpful with my serious sleep issues
I love these supplements. They really help me with sleep, as I have some pretty serious sleep issues. I add in a small amount of melatonin and l-tryptophan, but these are essential. I let myself run out and won't do that again - reordering now, as these are the high strength that I need and that work effectively for me.

Is the patience in a bottle
Can’t leave without it. With the every day stress this helps me a lot. I take 2 pills during the day and everything gets much easier. Things don’t bother me as much.

Estás son dos pastillas,que juntas hacen 1200 MG y el serving size es de 1200mg PERO NO ME PUDE DORMIR CON 2, nececité 4 pastillas, AHI si me dió sueño y al otro día no me dió NADA de resaca, todo bien.

Favorite brand now
I've taken a little Valerian here and there for years, most often as a sleep aid. You can get a good four or five hours of sleep on one of these capsules. But then my body isn't normal in any way, so it could be more hours for you. This brand is the one that works for how I'm living now, and it doesn't linger. I'm all bright and clearheaded in the morning. For me, someone who for medical reasons has to strip my muscles of everything they need all day long (requiring constant replacement of certain elements all day long through food or supplements), this is very effective for muscle movement, relieving tight muscles after lifting boxes, that sort of thing. In this case, you'd want to wait until you're off work and don't plan on driving. I just smelled the bottle and realized that the odor is nicer compared to other brands I've used. Valerian is usually a very strong smelling root herb. Good price as of Jan. 2025.
