The media could not be loaded. The rain chain is beautiful and the fish are bigger than we expected. Our contractor commented that is was the nicest rain chain he has installed. Definitely helps the flow with the over flow of water in the gutters. We installed the fish going up on one sideand down on the other side. The idea being they are swimming up to the gutter on the east side of the house and down on the west side.05/10/2024Last two photos are to show the change of color in the fish. I ordered two these for a longer than usual chain drop at my front entry, with tighter spacing between the fish (by removing a few links and adding some fish from the second chain). The fish are sturdy, well built, and of a thicker material than I'd really expected. This chain patinas well in the weather and looks best with the fish swimming upstream - facing upwards vertically in other words - in my opinion. It performs best with a dispersion area below it, rain disperses off the top of the chain as a shower in some volume, I'd say about half, and the rest runs down the length and into whatever you have below. Well worth the money if you seek a fish rain chain.

Besides the looks, I like that the links are flexible. It was too long for my gutter, so I removed some links and one fish...put that on a hook for garden art!

The media could not be loaded. Love the copper. Only tried the fish in this direction so far, but its working great. The clip they provide does splash some water to the sides but for the most part it works good. It's super relaxing. I added a big bowl on the bottom, and I think I'll add a planted water garden for it to flow into next.
