Worth every penny- fresh all day
Sure — here’s a sample Amazon review for Lume Body Deodorant. You can adjust the tone (funny, professional, or critical) if you’d like, but here’s a balanced and natural one to start: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally, a deodorant that actually works ALL day! I was skeptical at first, but Lume really lives up to the hype. It’s not like a traditional deodorant — it’s more like a lotion, and a little goes a long way. I use it on underarms and occasionally other areas (since it’s safe for all over), and it keeps me fresh literally all day and even overnight. There’s no heavy perfume smell, just a light clean scent that fades quickly, which I actually prefer. Once it dries, you don’t even notice it’s there. It’s perfect for sensitive skin — no irritation or residue on clothes. It’s definitely pricier than drugstore brands, but one tube lasts a long time, so it’s worth it in my opinion. If you’ve struggled to find something that actually stops odor instead of covering it up, this is the one to try!

Smells great and eliminates stank!
I have used Lume in the past with great results, but during a move my old stick of Lume disappeared for a couple of years. When I found it a few months ago it was kind of dried out, the coconut scent had vanished, and it smelled like a box of crayons. While it was still effective, I'm not a huge fan of smelling like crayons, so I decided to order some new Lume. I primarily got it because its safe to use in places....other than... my pits if you catch my drift. Also not a fan of aluminum. Lume works like a champ! I'm not really concerned with stopping the sweat, I'm more concerned with stopping odor. I work outside everyday and in the summer I'm drenched from head to toe anyways. So Lume is perfect for my situation. It eliminates all odor, and by all I mean ALL. I don't care who you are or how hard you scrub, at the end of a long hot day outside, your southern hemisphere will have an odor in some form. Lume has eliminated this for me. I have not had any skin irritation at all using Lume. I know everyone is different, but for me there have been no issues whatsoever. It does leave a little bit of a "film" on my skin, I'm not sure that's the right word, it's not greasy or gross feeling, it's more "silky" than anything. Definitely not unpleasant. And I'll take silky over stinky any day. I prefer the way Lume feels over "regular" deodorant. Now for the scent... I have a "super nose" and can usually smell things when others can't so this was probably the biggest and most important factor for me. I ordered the Clean Tangerine, Lavender Sage, and Unscented bundle. Usually any citrus scented products give me a migraine, so I was a little worried about that, but I read so many positive reviews about that scent I decided to roll the dice. It actually smells amazing and I tried that scent today and haven't had the slightest tinge of a headache. I think it's my favorite scent. The lavender sage does smell good, but the tangerine wins. The unscented did have a slight (and I mean barely noticeable if you have your nose right on the stick) "crayon" smell to it, but that does go away after it's applied. I gave my son the unscented stick to try and if it works for him I'll order him a "manly" scent. After I ordered this bundle, out of curiosity, I did some research regarding my original stick of Lume smelling like crayons. I was horrified to read mainly negative reviews about how Lume smelled like swamp butt and sour milk. I was really second guessing my order at that point, not sure if something had changed in their formula since i bought my first stick years ago. Tons of people were being repulsed by the smell of their Lume. There was speculation in many of these reviews and discussions that perhaps only some people are able to smell this and others are not - much like how cilantro tastes like soap to some people and doesn't to others. I must be one of the people that can't smell the foul odor that others do, or perhaps its only the cream that has that smell. I tend to think it's more common to see negative reviews because people are more apt to shout from the rooftops when they have a negative experience than when they have a positive one. It smells great to me! So if you have researched Lume and read all those reviews - just give it a try for yourself. I do find it somewhat difficult to spend so much on a deodorant, but knowing that it can be used ANYWHERE you have odor without worry, I think its worth it. Also, a little goes a long way. It says it works up to 72 hours, but I would rather be safe than sorry so I apply it once a day. Maybe one day I will do an experiment. At the end of the day I'm really happy to have found Lume and I'm so glad there is an effective alternative to applying aluminum to my pits every day that can be used in other places.

Strong but gentle.
Hate to spend extra money on ANYTHING. This is expensive stuff. It is. However I have terrible night sweats and hormonal issues. And I can’t stand being stinky. The smell is eh. It’s not super strong though. So that’s a plus. I usually wear perfume anyways so it’s mild enough to be covered easily. But when I don’t. The smell isn’t strong enough to linger. Like after an hour or two the smell is gone. But the stink is too! lol. I have extremely sensitive skin. I use medication on it daily. This is very gentle and that’s a need. I also use it near my female regions with no irritation. It’s not sticky or oily. I’ll never use dove or secret again. Spray deodorant is out the window. This stuff is that good. And even in my single mother budget- it’s worth it. One because it really does last a long time. You just need one swipe. And two it actually works. I don’t go three days without showering, my skin can’t handle it. So I can’t tell you how long it works. At least two days of very active life in hot a weather. And a ptsd night of bed drenching sweat.

Nice smell but not overpowering
This is pretty good, but it doesn’t last 72 hours, it barely lasts 24 hours. But it’s better than other natural deodorants that don’t really work, so that’s something. It smells pretty nice for a natural product as well. Even though it’s expensive, it does last a long time. Definitely prefer the stick to the cream- the cream was just ineffective. Will buy again.

This works!! Smells great!
I love the coconut solid ! Lume really works on me but it’s seems the solid is the one that works the best on me whether it’s a sweaty summer or freezing winter or hot flash city! Other deodorants work for awhile on me and then I have to switch. I usually go back and forth between Secret and Degree; when one is gone I switch to the other but I’ve been using Lume for awhile now and still loving it. My fave is the coconut but I also love Peony Rose and tangerine. I have not tried the other flavors. You can also find it for a very good price here. I watch for the set of 3 to to be a limited deal or prime days and then I stock up.! 😉

Would give 10 stars!
This stuff is amazing! Settle in as this will be a long review. I work in a hot sweaty factory. I never had problem with smelly feet until I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and had to get special shoes. Now my feet stink all the time. They sweat so much in these shoes that I can smell my own feet and it's disgusting. I also have to sit in a pile of my own sweat all day. My panties are usually soaked with sweat and underneath my bra sweats so much that I can wring out my bra when I get home. My bra stinks so bad because it's just full of sweat. Deodorant and FDS spray can only do so much. So I decided to try Lume. Oh my God, like light and day! I put the Lume on my feet bottoms, tops, between my toes. I put it under my big boobs and in all the cracks and crevices of my woman parts. So I went to work in my hot, sweaty factory and I still sweated all day long. My feet were wet, my bra was wet and my panties were wet. But miraculously there was no smell! None. Nada. This had to be a fluke. So I took a shower and did the same thing. Lume on my feet, under boob and woman parts. I did as much stuff as I could to sweat. I climbed stairs instead of using the elevator, I exerted myself as much as I could. I was a sweaty mess. And no smell! Seriously, no smell. So I decided to really put it to the test. The commercial says this last for like 70 hours. So as hard as it was for me and as gross, I took a shower, put the Lume on and went to work and sweated for 3 days without taking a shower. I did not reapply the Lume. And no smell! No way. Yes way! This stuff is amazing! Amazing! I did test it a few more times and this is what I discovered. It does last for 3 days. If you let it go more than that you will smell like a corpse. On the fourth day it's as if all the smell comes back at once. The stink was unnatural. So don't go more than two or three days without a shower.

Works Great, Controlled Body Odor All Day--Not for 72 hours though
I am very pleased with this "whole body" deodorant. I shower in the evening before bed. I then applied the Lume on my underarms, under my breasts, and between my legs. All areas were still nice smelling by morning, and on into the afternoon through my work day. It kept the odor at bay for about 24 hours--by the time I showered again in the evening, I just noticed that it seemed to be wearing off, and I could smell a bit of odor coming through on my underarms. If I reapply again in the morning, then I still smell pretty fresh by my next shower, so I've been applying before bed and in the morning, so twice a day. Twice a day may seem like a lot, I don't know, but I should mention that before I tried Lume, I was applying deodorant and/or body spray 3-4 times a day because it would wear off so quickly for me. I tend to run hot, so I often sweat depending on what I'm doing, and could always smell myself by mid-day, so would reapply my deodorant. If I had evening plans, I would have to reapply again to stay fresh smelling. With Lume, applying at night after my shower, and again in the morning before leaving for work, keeps me smelling good all day. I knocked off a star because applying 2 times a day is a far cry from 72 hours. But still give it 4/5 stars because it still is a great improvement over typical deodorants. And I don't really need a deodorant that lasts for 3 days, as I shower daily. I should also mention the smell of the Lavender Sage Deodorant Stick is very nice. I love Lavender. The smell is nice, but subtle. Not overpowering, which is nice for someone like me, who has a sensitive nose, and is prone to sneezing and watery eyes when fragrances are too strong. I have seen claims in the reviews that it has a weird, bad smell, but I did not notice any such thing. It smells fine to me. Also, I've seen in the reviews that it caused skin irritation for some, but this was not the case for me. I applied it in several places around my body, and have had no bad reactions at all. Overall, I like the product, and will continue to use it as it has done the best job at controlling odor out of any deodorant I've used.
