Heavy duty and easy instal
This is one of the best products at a great price to reseal your garage doors. It’s so easy to instal and it lasts several years. This is our 2nd time purchasing from this comoany/brand. It comes with screws on top of the 3M sticky back to create a great seal. The thickens is great too. Works well and you will not have any issues with the product or customer service!

Absolutely love it. Really helped with heat coming in my garage. Easy to put up and it stays up.

Installation must be spot-on or there will be trouble
When I installed these gaskets, I made the mistake of placing them too close to the door- I put the crease at the inner edge of the frame (crease is where the flat part that attached to the frame transitions into the flexible flap that rubs against the door- a kind of a hinge). Because the flexible part that rubs the door is very thick and NOT flexible, the electric garage door would not come fully down- it stopped and reversed because it sensed too much resistance. Apparently, placing the hinge too close to the door required so much force to bend back this flap and close the door against it that everything stopped.I had to fully remove the gasket (and the paint peeled off the frame, thank you) and then reinstall it much farther away. In fact, I initially installed it with the garage door open. This time, I left the door closed and positioned the gasket so that the flexible edge just gently touched the door. This worked. Now that it is done, it does work very well, looks good, and actually was relatively easy to install, especially now that I know this. My garage has two doors- I did one at a time, and learning my mistake, the gasket install on the second door went smoothly and quickly.Just very unfortunate that none of these installation tips were offered in the documentation.

Works as advertised
Easy to apply and seems to work well. I was afraid door opening would loosen it but it has stayed on well.

Garage stays clean!
I installed this item a couple days ago. It turned out great. I like that it has a sticky strip. It made it easier to figure exactly where to put the strip before applying the screws. As soon as I applied the strip, I cleaned the garage really well. Now the garage stays clean. I’m so relieved. My garage door faces the west and this is the beginning of June. So it’s already 90° temps here. But it’s my understanding that this particular brand won’t get loose over time. So I’m anxious to see how it holds up after summer heat is over. But so far so good.

Good product
Very easy install. Be careful using an impact to install screws. They will go right through if you over tighten. Tape was strong and held everything in place for install.

Issues with Garage door sensitivy
After a few months this starts to completely peal off. The screws just about hold it in place but they don’t proved you with enough to secure it every half a foot. Reducing the number of stars because this product dosnt work!Easy to install and gets the job done. After reading a few reviews, I decided to install it with the garage door closed. Initially, I had issues with the door closing—it would reopen due to the friction from the seal and the sensitivity of the opener. However, after leaving the door closed for over six hours, the seals settled, and everything started working smoothly. It would have been helpful if the instructions mentioned potential issues like this and included troubleshooting tips. Additionally this still lets light in!

happy with it. needs stronger adhesive
not too bad.. I really liked that it came with caps to cover the screws.. adhesive didn't stick to well, so the strip we installed overhead was a pain in the butt. hopefully it won't sag after a while
