Very impressive, I cut 3 small pills lined up in its adjustable rails that holds nicely. By far the best pill cutter I've come across. The fact that you can cut several at a time is a nice time saver. Well engineered device to cut many little buggers cleanly!

This pill cutter works great for small pills. I have a small dog that has to take portions of teeny, tiny pills multiple times per day. I tried many adult, people-sized pill cutters and ended up with a pile of dust. Not now! The grip works really well, and the only extra attention I have to provide, is aligning the pill if there is a “cut line”, easily done with a toothpick. Thank you manufacturer!!! It looks exactly like the picture and does exactly what it says.

Bought this to make the cutting of our Dalmatian’s seizure pills in half more efficient. Hope it works as described. Unfortunately, bought it after my wife just cut 90 pills one by one. The price was acceptable. Seems to be well made enough for this job. This will cut 5 pills at a time. Time saver!!! Once they’re cut, there’s a retention tray at the bottom that the cut pills fall into, alleviating the possibility of dropping pill halves all over.

I love that I can cut multiple pills at once, but it does not cut the pills evenly. It is efficient, being able to cut several in one cut.

Love this. I would highly recommend. Very easy to use. The pills I needed this for were extremely small. I was sceptical because of the price. But this pill cutter works great. Best investment. You do not need to line up the lines on the pills with the cutter. You just put them in there, use the knob on the side to put them in a straight line and hold them into place and then close the top. That easy. I like that I can do many pills at a time.

Easy to use, accurately holds the pills and keeps them in line to cut. The pills drop readily into the tray. It’s a solid cutter. It has cut my med box prep time in half. Highly recommend.

Most pill cutters have a wedge to hold round pills. I needed one to cut oblong pills. This one does it. See photos. Note that the pills I am cutting seem to be at the widest limit of the bars that hold them in place. These bars are rubber and allow a firm grip on the pills. One nice feature is being able to cut several pills and then store them in the compartment.

家の2ポメが心臓病で、1日2回3種の薬を服用してます。 その中で、1/2だったり1/4にしなくてはいけないのが多く 今まではカッターやハサミを使って割っていましたが 割り損じたり、きちんと分割できなかったので購入。 結果、複数個一気に割れるので楽、だが、左右で大きさにずれが生じる。 1日の量が規定以内なら気にしなくて良い、と先生に言われましたが 完璧を求める場合、使わないほうが良い。
