OK if you are a handyman
Good points:There are three sensors, two for smoke and one for excess heat. and if one raises an alarm, all raise the alarm. The fitting instructions are clear and comprehensive. However you will have to read the section about where to fit the sensors several times. There are so many restrictions about where they ought to go in terms of distance from each other, from the ceiling and from walls. The heat sensor should go in the kitchen on the ceiling. I have put one smoke detector on the upstairs landing, and one downstair between living and dining rooms.Full marks providing adhesive templates for drilling the screw holes for the detector bases. Now for the bad points. Each smoke detector has a detachable base which you screw to a wall with the included screws and rawlplugs. Then offer up the detector itself and rotate it into place. If you were to drill the screw holes either vertically or horizontally the test button and the buzzer opening will not end up vertical but some few degrees askew. A small thing but significant. The instructions suggest a number 6 masonry drill. Perhaps try a slightly smaller one first. The heat detector has to be screwed to a ceiling. My kitchen ceiling is plasterboard. I suspect a lot are. The instructions mention "expansion bolts". None were provided. I received two little plastic bags , each with screws and rawlplugs for the smoke detectors, and two loose rawlplugs and no screws, I assume for the heat detector. I confess the heat detector is not very heavy so I used a hot glue gun to positively locate the rawlplugs and found my own screws. All three detectors have batteries which supposedly last ten years. However, they cannot be replaced. Buy new detectors instead. Both smoke detectors came with a small red pull tab to activate their batteries, but there was no such tab in the heat detector. This, and the absence of "expansion bolts" makes me wonder if the heat detector I received was a 'return'.Despite my complaints this seems a very serviceable aid to safety in the home. It is possible to add further detectors to this network of three, but missing, at least at the moment, is any way to integrate the sensors with Google Home or Amazon Echo. If and when that happens these detector will be an even more useful.

excellent value for money
excellent value for money. Alarms are nice and small, so they are not taking much space on the ceiling. The volume is nice and loud.

Complete Letdown, Waste of Money!
Honestly, this product is a complete disappointment. First off, they claim the installation is "super easy" just test it, fit it, and you're done. But, honestly, it’s not as straightforward as they make it sound. It takes a bit more effort than just switching it on.The 10-year battery life? Sure, it lasts long, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually any good. They keep banging on about it in all the ads, but that doesn’t mean it’s really a standout feature. A long battery life doesn’t guarantee proper performance! As for their so-called "split-spectrum technology", I don’t see the difference. It’s supposed to react faster and be more accurate, but sometimes it’s way too slow to respond. Especially with heat alarms, they take their time to activate once the temperature gets too high not ideal when you're expecting a quick response. And don’t even get me started on the heat alarm itself. It’s supposed to be reliable, but honestly, it’s not much use. By the time it goes off, something’s already happened in the room. Plus, it doesn’t react as quickly as it should, so it’s hardly offering any real protection.

Good product
The media could not be loaded. Good quality, seems well made and I find it very useful for my house. This will increase the safety around the house. Works well, loud enough to hear it all around the house. A bit over priced compared to other similar products. Thank you
