I’ve been using this data-only SIM card to replace a very slow connection on broadband, and I’m extremely impressed. One of the standout features is the customer support. I found this sim works perfectly for me ,even better than my home wifi .I had trouble setting it up but the customer services knew and they contacted me and sorted it in about 5 mins great product and 5☆ customer services

Let down by this SIM in France. Spent money on a router and external aerial only to be let down by this SIM not connecting? Asked for help, answer phone and called back the next day. He said he could see I was in France (so for him to see I was in France the sim would need to be receiving a signal?) hole load of work throughs only for it not to work even when put directly in a mobile phone (garbage) had to tether to my mobile phone worked fine and France has good 5G. Just get a free Europe roaming deal on your contract and tether.

Not having a great gift for technology I was completely stumped on how to register my new device and my SIM card. The team were absolutely fabulous from the first person who messaged me on Easter Saturday saying they were closed for the bank holiday but was willing to help anyway. We arranged another time but unfortunately I missed the call but I was by no means forgotten. Today I have had an exceptionally patient customer service person called Zac and he has talked me through everything.The sim is fantastic as it will connect to the strongest network signal.You can view usage and which network on the account you create.Definitely would recommend- marvellous service.

I’m writing this review having not even used the SIM card yet.However, the reason I’m giving this 5 stars already, is because of the OUTSTANDING customer service from this company.My SIM card arrived yesterday, and I registered it on their website. Then I started tying to get it all set up and activated whilst still in the UK, to avoid having to faff about with it in France.I was struggling, despite everything being set, it wouldn’t connect.Then, a random phone call from a London number. It’s Ali, from Lovemobiledata, who, can see I’ve registered the card, and getting failures on connecting.So, he talks me through it.Honestly, I’m really impressed. If you’re on the fence about this, and not sure about whether you can get it connected etc, don’t worry. This company is so helpful. They will literally talk you through every single step.
