Quality product: It has all the different types of collagen that a person needs, it is hydrolyzed and has no after taste/effects, although I only take 1 per day. I had scraped my arm and it turned up blood blisters... I needed to heal, so I took these & it helped my skin heal quickly and there is no scar and the faintest discoloration, with no indication that there was an injury.

I ordered the Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen Complex Plus because I was loosing alot of hair, my nails were getting really thin and broke easily, and my skin was looking really dull. I also love that it has no flavor. I started taking 3 capsules daily and within a week, my hair stopped falling out, my nails started getting stronger and my skin didn't look dull anymore. I also take a Hyaluronic Acid supplement, a Keritin supplement and a Biotin supplement, and my family is saying that my hair looks alot healthier, bouncier and shinier which makes me feel so happy about myself! I’m in my fifties and I started getting mild pain when climbing the stairs. A friend told me to take collagen type II so when I saw this product with collagen type II, I thought I will give it a go.
