The white is the best - very creamy
Its the only Polenta I buy & have had trouble buying it in the grocery store. The white is the best - very creamy. Its not instant polenta-its about 25-30min cooking time but worth it.

Product is great but...another overpriced item on amazon with misleading weight
The bags are super super small only 1/2 pound each but listing is misleading by saying they are 1pound they mean for both individual packets very disappointed considering the ridiculous price. Listing should have stated, 1/2 pound each these were tiny But that being said they were yummy with cream, Parma and butter served under spicy, grape tomato reduction, aged balsamic and roasted garlic prawns or tiger shrimp
