Rit Dye Liquid 8oz-Sage Green

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a dye product I recently purchased. The product in question was advertised as sage green, which is exactly the colour I was hoping to achieve on a dress I planned to dye. However, after following the instructions meticulously, the dye turned my dress an unexpected and entirely unwanted denim blue. Not only is this far from the sage green I was aiming for, but it has also ruined the dress, which is now completely unusable for the intended purpose. I am extremely disappointed with this result, especially given that I trusted your brand to provide a quality product. The incorrect dye has not only cost me the dress but has also wasted my time and effort. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly. I kindly request a full refund for the faulty dye product and compensation for the ruined dress. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Dye used on cotton & it turned out a grey denim colour. Still very nice but not true to colour on the bottle . Instructions say don’t use it on certain materials which if fair enough but disappointed that it wasn’t green

This came out incredibly dark teal on three linen items and paler on cotton vest top but with purple blotches on all! I only dyed white items and followed instructions to the letter. Dyeing in my washing machine. Everything seems ruined. I’m devastated. But ever hopeful, and because I hate to throw anything away, I will probably buy a colour remover and try that in desperation, but it is more expense. Probably wasting my time too! Sob.

I've used a fair few Rit dye in the past - to dye clothes / fabric etc. This time however I chose the sage and the pink fuschia coloured dye to dye some pre made bows for Christmas. The Fuschia worked and gave the desired effect - the sage was pointless. I did everything the same way as the fuschia and even left this over night for a darker dye and instead the bows came out the same colour they went in. So so so disappointing as this isn't a cheap dye what so ever. Stear clear of this colour UNLESS your dying a cotton or natural fabric. The only reason I get rit over dylon is for it's use with synthetic fabric.... this was the biggest let down.

Amazing colour saturation, it worked perfectly on two test garments and sadly didn't take on the third garment of the same material that was actually needed in sage 😂

It is a little darker then I expected but that is probably user error good coverage no spottiness it was my first time dying and I found it really users friendly
