That means linen might carry more energy, which could have a positive interaction with the body.Well, after sleeping on these sheets for the past three nights, I can honestly say: best sleep ever.The first night, my husband wasn’t thrilled. He said, “These sheets don’t feel soft.” I explained they’re linen and get softer over time—and even tried to sell him on the “vibration” thing (he wasn’t convinced). But by morning? He admitted he slept really well. And so did I.Comfort & PerformanceThese sheets aren’t what you’d call buttery soft out of the package—but they are breathable, dense, and clearly well-made. In Florida’s heat and humidity, we haven’t had a single sweaty night. That cooling effect is real.The fit is also excellent and very generous- the fitted sheet has deep pockets and easily accommodates our king-size Sleep Number bed. The two pillowcases are a generous 20” x 40”, which I appreciate. And actually softer than the sheets.Care & DurabilityThese sheets are heavy—not flimsy at all. I was nervous washing them for the first time, so I used an eco-wash cycle and then (a bit boldly) put them in the dryer on regular heat. No damage, no shrinking. They’re definitely durable, though I did end up air-drying them afterward and ironing them—just my personal preference. That's the down size - babysitting my new sheets .The seller claims linen “cleans itself and doesn’t need frequent washing.” 🤔 I’m still skeptical on that part, but I’ll test it out over time.Final ThoughtsIf you’re curious about linen—or like me, interested in the energy of natural materials—these sheets are worth trying. They’re breathable, cooling, and feel substantial. Not soft at first, but if you’re patient, the texture will evolve. And if my sleep continues this way… I may be a linen convert for life.I do appreciate the benefits of natural fabrics and slowly removing synthetics from my closet - Synthetic fabrics are made from petroleum, shed microplastics, and can trap heat and chemicals against the skin, potentially causing irritation. In contrast, natural fabrics like linen are breathable, biodegradable, and may support the body’s energy and overall well-being and maybe be more antibacterial-I'm on a quest. I would have given this 5 stars but the color is slightly more of a bubble gum pink in person. The fabric however is amazing. I cant wait for a few more washes but its soft right out of the box. I will definitely be purchasing a set for my sister. Such a different feel than my old walmart sheets.
