Good texture and pretty good tasting out of the can.
I liked these, I found them a bit oilier tasting than the Loma Linda Blue simple franks but of a slightly harder and firmer texture.I eat it out of the can, dipping the ends, before taking a bite, into the juice it comes with, to make it a bit juicier.I haven't tried cooking or broiling them, I have no patience for that. I am busy cooking for everyone here all day that when I fancy something different, I want it simple without having to do anything to it.

Super Healthy, tastes canned unless you rinse them first.
Love these sausages. I cook them like breakfast sausages, or slice and add to pasta dishes. One downside is if you eat them straight out of the can they retain a "canned" aftertaste. I've found the way around this is to drain them and rinse them in the can several times before I cook them. I store unused sausages dry, in the refrigerator.

I like these sausages
I really like these vegan "sausages". They come 12 to a can and don't have to be refrigerated. My wife doesn't like them as much as I do. They cost too much but you can get them significantly cheaper by buying them a case at a time.I contacted the manufacturer (their web site has a form) to ask where I can buy them locally, but never got a response, hence the 4 stars. Taste-wise, these are 5 stars, at least for me.

Huge Disappointment
Usually get Loma Linda Skallops and I will go back to them. The Worthington scallops are tasteless and have an overly chewy texture. I wish I could give it less than one star.

Great meat substitute
I was a little hesitant to try a canned meat substitute that I had never heard of but I decided to give this a try. I am so glad I did! So far I’ve tried it as a “beef dip” sandwich, “BBQ beef” sandwich, and adding it to a stew. A real winner in every case. This is becoming a staple in my vegetarian pantry.

Tastes Great
I tried this product at a vegetarian food festival and loved it. Glad to buy it on Amazon because I couldn't find it locally. The taste is really good I just add a little of my favorite sauce and it's good over rice of in a salad.

Don’t let color detour you from trying.
Fry in olive oil till dark brown serve with brown gravy over toast reminds me of hot roast beef sandwich. Whole family likes it.
