I’m a big fan of Montessori style toys in general for children, as I think it provides them an element of learning skills such as fine motor skills that I used in every day life.I especially like this toy because I’m a big fan at the moment of wooden toys for their look and feel and stay clear as much as possible of hard plastics.I suspect if this is looked after it could be handed down to other children, making it reusable and good for the environment rather than going to landfill or waste.

This is one of those brilliant educational toys for toddlers that is well made and lots of fun.This toy is guaranteed to keep little ones happy in play and being educational for them at the same time. This is no exception. It has been well thought out and has really cute pieces and other basic shapes to sort and stack with slide in templates for each shapes.It is always good to see these wooden sets as they withstand plenty of knocks, look cute and they are always the top attraction for our children.At £15.99 great toy.

This toddler activity cube is smaller than expected, measuring approx 15cm/6” cubed, despite the size, this is a really nice item with a good selection of activities for little ones to busy themselves with. The item is well made with a good finish. Not flimsy at all but despite being suitable for age 12 months and up, I would still be mindful of allowing play when there is an adult around due to smaller (but not too small) parts. Great for learning as well as hand eye coordination and motor skill development.
