After buying this early for Christmas, we put it together Christmas morning and it is faulty and does not work at all and we can't even send it back as apprently we bought this too early to qualify for Xmas returns....so thanks for spoiling Christmas day for my son luckily we bought other presents from elsewhere as a regular user of amazon this is very disappointing as the item is clearly defective and we can do nothing about it.....0 stars

my 3 yr old son loved it. Advise buying a plug adapter as batteries ...
Once assembled, quite fiddly at times, my 3 yr old son loved it. Advise buying a plug adapter as batteries don't last long. However it hasnt lasted long, approx 1yr, as one side of the track no longer works. Cheap and cheerful for a short amount of time.

so this is useless unless my child is playing on his own
Its ok in that it lasted 4 months of working. Only 1 lane now works, so this is useless unless my child is playing on his own. He cant even race the race car anymore as the outside track simply does not work. Takes 8 batteries, even bought an AC adapter for it to save on batteries - only for it to break anyway. Wanted it to last longer than Easter having only bought it at christmas . for £40 I expected to last longer than £10 per month .....

Plasticky and a bit boring / annoying
Difficult to assemble with lots of plasticky pieces that are hard to clip to track and come off easily. Cars come of track easily so needs constant adult supervision to avoid frustration for younger ones. Cars whizzing around a simple track gets pretty boring pretty quickly so not played with for long. Not sure why this has had good reviews?

Don’t bother melts quicker than it races
Toy was great initially as a Christmas present however the switch for 1-2 player mode melted meaning our little boy can only play 1 player mode from now on.Don’t waste your cash on it
