Very tight box by the time you get your switched wired up it's hard to get everything positioned where your wires aren't cramped up. Overall it looks nice but not real impressed with the size or quality for the price.

Easy to install, works exactly as expected. Only issue is my threaded inserts for sealing the wire didn’t fit it. No big deal, I’ll buy new…. Yeah, no such luck, and ended up not using anything.

I bought this to use with Powertec 71007 Paddle switch. The issue is when you remove the screws on the paddle switch in order to place the switch in the box, placing the switcch between the cover (paddle housing) and the box, and put the screws back in that are supposed to hold the "paddle switch cover" to the box. That is should clamp the switch mechanism between the cover and the box. It does not. The switch mechanism rattles around loose and the switch won't function. SO, now I will have to figure out some spacers to put between the switch mechanism and the lugs in the box so the switch won't be loose (raising the switch toward the cover). If the manufacturer figured out that spacing and included the necessary spacers, it would be awesome. The manufacturer does state these 2 items ( the Paddle switch and box) are compatible. They almost are......

Fit my paddle switch perfect.My old delta saw needed this upgrade.

This box is not big enough for 20A 220v wiring even though it is sold for a 20A 220v switch. The cable glands are not big enough for 12ga wiring.Total waste of money. If using the POWERTEC 71008 switch for these boxes look for another box and bigger cable glands. I used a plastic surface mount box and than had to drill out holes.

Fits the switch and mounted up the way I needed.
