All the blades aren't top grade blades.

The first one I received would not cut at all. Called Amazon and replacement was sent and I returned bad head. 2nd head did same thing, no cut. I opened up head and turned on razor and and played with blade spinners and sometimes they would engage and then quit. Could never get blades to spin properly. Thankfully I kept old head which works fine except getting dull. II had bought prior head through Amazon and it worked fine (one I went back to using.

This product arrived early and was fully intact. Alas that the shaver head did NOT fit my razor as was promised. As I needed a set of new blades I removed them from the head they can in and put them in the old shaver head. I could not even use the detachable top portion of the new head unit in my old head unit as NOTHING fit as was promised. Fortunately the blades fit and I could shave again. NOT what I had hoped for or was promised, hence the 3 stars. Thank you!

Fits my 5000 series good and works good would buy again.

The item is what we needed but husband has not replaced it yet. He is absolutely sure it is what he needs and is pleased to have purchased this one.

These heads are poor quality. Don't give a close shave and you feel like you need to shave again after using them.
