Solves an issue a lot of us face
I haven't written a review in about 10 years, but I will for this because it solves an issue that a lot of people face, and I was slightly concerned that this would suck tone. This is absolutely incredible. Similar to another user, I used this with the GGD Zilla IR pack. I did some test recording when it arrived yesterday, and recalled amp and pedal tones from a previous project I worked on as closely as I could from pictures I had taken, and matched the output level in my DAW so my ears weren't deceived.I used a 2x12 with Greenbacks and SM57 IR, which is the same speaker cabinet and mic configuration I used on my previous project. I re-recorded a passage from the project with the same guitar, amp and pedal that was used, and the tones are almost identical... I would go as far to say the re-recording is marginally better.From watching a YouTube comparison between the Captor and the Suhr load box, it sounds like you'll get a bit more clarity from the Suhr, but it's also twice the price as the Captor... so it depends whether you think the juice is worth the squeeze.

Great piece of kit, does a great job of taking the load of my Victory Kraken into my audio interface then I pair it with the GGD Zilla pack Impulse responses and it sounds fantastic would definitely recconend
