YAMAKATO≈13.5*19.5" 5 Gallon Generator Fuel Tank for Champion 2800 3000 3550 3650 3800 4000 4375 4500 Watt & Honda Clone 3KW Dual Fuel Gas Tank

This was a perfect fit for my Champion Power 7,500 watt generator. See pictures. I did need to get 4 longer bolts to mount it as the sleeves in the rubber bushings were longer on the new tank. Also, the new tank gas line fitting is an outie and the old one was an innie so I needed an adapter but no big deal. Pretty upset the original tank rusted through after only about 6 years and I always used (what was supposed to be) non-ethanol gas and fuel stabilizer. As you can see in the pictures, the old fuel tank had blistered on top and rusted a hole/crack in the bottom. So much rust in the old tank it was rattling around in there when I shook the tank! I did coat the interior of the tank with the product in the picture. Any good fuel tank coating material should work. Easy to do, just pour it in and tip the tank all around to thoroughly coat the bottom of the tank and the sides and top. Then let it dry for a day or two before filling. This SHOULD prevent the rust issue from happening again. Took about 2 hours including the trip to the hardware store for fitting and bolts. Looks good and the new tank has a gas gauge and it’s coated now so I’m calling it an upgrade.

Fits perfectly on my Firman 4500 Watt P03619. Only issue is that the vent nipple is on top of this tank unlike the factory tank which is on the bottom so I needed to buy 3' of 1/4" fuel line to hook it up to the charcoal canister. Included new shut off valve, in tank filter and fuel line to reach carburetor.

At first it was going fit to tall for my unit. I was able to take the mounting rubber washer and flip them over. Work perfect slip right in very snugly. Great price. Would recommend

The media could not be loaded. So.. the first one I got has a Bent corner so I had them replaced it. The packing was fine looks like it took damage from storage. The replacement I got is good, has Minor dent little bit of paint scuff under the tank. I can live with that. The OEM tank feels more sturdy, this tank feels like a replacement if that makes any sense. No leak so far it was totally worth it. If you get a damaged one just ask for a replacement.

They said it was a perfect fit for the generator that I had it doesn’t fit perfectly plus it didn’t come with the vent shown in the picture not impressed

worked great. it was a little different from my original but with a little heat I was able to get the plastic panel to form in place. Great value

Due to the gas cap I had to modify the structure bar across the generator cause the gas cap would not close. So had to cut a 4 inch piece off the top bar to make the tank fit..
