Way easier to solder, heat shield a big plus
Heat shield helps with overall drone heat (I use DJI air which runs hot) as a bonus, pads are easier to solder than v3 and heat shield makes me less worried about solder spatter causing shorts if I'm rush soldering a swap in the field

"New" Shorted Out
Received a "new" Speedybee 4 in 1 55A ESC in a package that was already open. Product visually looked new, so I connected it to my motors. My motors chirped once, and now the ESC appears to be dead. ESC also will not power the flight controller. In good faith, I've ordered another to verify it was not a unique event.

I was very happy at first…
Install went great and I was very happy until my first crash. I got a little too low and hit the grass. As I was walking across the football field to pick up my drone I saw a poof of flames which I can only assume was my esc popping. I understand my crash caused it but I hoped Speedybee products would be a little more durable.

Be very quick with your disarm in a crash or it will blow!
Worked well during the initial setup, highly recommended that you flash the bluejay firmware according to the manual as you are missing out on performance otherwise, however during the initial assembly of my quad I had been testing it with a cushion and some blankets on the floor to catch it. Huge mistake! One of the props had got caught up in the blanket folds on landing while the throttle still had ~25% power, and the esc blew up immediately! I am using a 4S lipo despite the esc being rated for up to 6S, and it still blew. The other 3 modules are still working fine, but I am very disappointed in the durability of this product.
