good quality paint. Used on engine block and sump - did use preparation and prime in advance of application. Looks good and so far so good. Also used on cam cover detail.

Gives a good finish, it does dry quick which is good

This paint covers really well and self levels so brush marks disappear. Two things are important, the surfaces you are painting must be clean and free from grease. Use cellulose thinners or something similar to degrease thoroughly before applying the paint. Next is to apply the second coat about 2 hrs after the first. I used a 12mm brush and applied the paint literally but not enough to cause runs. Do not be tempted to go back over the painted area. Try to paint in the same direction. The finish comes out shiny and hard. I haven't had the engine running yet so can't comment on it's temperature resistance. So far so good though.

I bought this for some engine painting, I was worried that I would need a second tin to get the job done and thought it runs expensive to get a simple task done. My concerns were soon put to rest, the paint once stirred has a thick pigment and covers so well you will never need to apply a second coat. I painted a large area and haven’t used a quarter of the tin. This is something you can depend on to do a great job

Used three coats on a Steel engine block, and still have a little over half a tin left. It states it can be overcoated after 30 mins, though I'd recommend 24hrs for each coat. Beautiful finish. Self levelling, very low drip. Durability: No idea, I'm confident though. Could also be used as caliper paint, it's identical to the paints sold as 'caliper paint'

Used this to paint the calipers on my Renault.. they are still looking good almost 2 years later
