Having read a bit about these devices I was expecting a bit of a struggle to fit and then get used to it. In fact the instructions were fairly clear (Except on which way up it goes, I put the curvy edge at the top which has worked fine) and I only had to have one go at moulding it. The first night was a revelation, for the first time in years I could sleep on my back, which I prefer, whilst breathing easily. When I woke up it was to the news that I had not snored all night! It did not fall out, make my mouth dry, feel uncomfortable or any of the other things some people find. I guess I may be lucky but would certainly recommend trying one at this price, assuming you can breathe through your nose OK while asleep.

Was looking forward to test this product. At the front there's a stop filling the breathinghole. It was almost out of the mouthgard, so I pulled it out and proceeded with the instructions. Because the stop was out, the breathinghole was fused during the molding, rendering the whole mouth guard unusable.

Doesn’t help with snoring

Quite simply, the device melts when in hot water and is difficult to align in your mouth. And sadly my partner informs me it doesnt work.... so a total waste of money !!

Not comfortable, think you’d need to persevere

This product did not help at all with my snoring, not a bit of difference I will not be buying again sorry was most comfortable I had bought but still no difference

Great very economical device to protect teeth from grinding at night. And woul probably prevent snoring too.

Comfortable to wear but does not stop all the snoring. My husband says that it does not stop all the snoring but it is much better.
