Quiet and fast. Cooking time

I initially bought this airfryer as it was highly rated and recommended on multiple different comparing websites. I also liked that all of the parts were dishwasher safe.After just 3 months the screws on the airfryer basket started to become loose. Now 6 months after purchasing a screw has fallen out. Is this a design flaw or is it just faulty? I dont know, but it has put me off using it again.I have not put any of the parts in the dishwasher as the basket is literally massive and would not fit in my dishwasher (I only have a small table top one). Its very annoying to wash as it has lots of small slits in all 4 sides of the basket.The only positive I can say about this airfryer is that its lovely and quiet compared to my previous one. However it does cook slower/is less powerful. I've found I have to add extra time on when cooking the exact same foods at the exact same temperatures than my previous air fryer.

Nice product, easy to use, works well, good value

The buttons are not responsive and often need to be pressed several times before they start. Design not intuitive. Drawers don’t slide in and out readily.

As an air fryer, it does what it promises to do but at that price, you can probably find much better air fryers out there. My biggest complaint is how cheap it feels in general. More specifically:- Too much cheap plastic is used in places that shouldn't- The navigation knob doesn't give appropriate feedback when you turn it. I feel it may fall off at any time.- There is a slider on top of the tray handle that hides a release button. This slider broke only after a couple of months of use.- I don't understand why they decided to go with touch buttons. If the digitizer goes bust, good luck repairing it.- There is no real hOn Integration despite Haeir's website implying the opposite. I was hoping to at least support notifications of when a set program finishes, if not automatically picking programs just like with Haiers washing machines. Unfortunately, the hOn app is only used for... drumroll... viewing recipes. I guess it was too expensive for Haier to integrate a $3 microcontroller to make the device smart.On the positive side:- It works as expected just like any other AirFryer in the market. Everything I cooked was super delicious and way faster to cook than using the oven- The viewing window with integrated light is really neat. Helps a lot when experimenting with timings and temperatures.

I absolutely HATE the finger sensitive power button, most of the time it won't turn on and I need to slam the drawer several times to get it to wake up.The instructions appear to have been written for a 5 year old. There are absolutely no instructions on how to use the accessories, even when I eventually got the hon app to work there still weren't any. The recipes on the app all dive straight into advanced recipes, rather than just covering the basics. Absolutely useless for an air fryer novice like me.I'm wish I'd returned it straight away without using it.

We spent a long time trying to find the right device which would air fry and slow cook.This had good reviews from other people but we have sent it back having used it only twice.We used the air fryer first which to be fair worked well. However we have just tried to slow cook a ham...a recipe we have used many times before with our previous slow cooker, and after 8 hours it is still not cooked. As well as that, the device has been leaking water throughout the whole process.😞
