Brilliant!
This dutch oven is the perfect size for an 800g loaf (500g flour). It produces very good bread, well risen with a good crust.It's very heavy, good quality enamelled cast iron and the lid handle in my box doesn't fit the lid but it's not necessary anyway as long as you have good oven gloves.I use a silicone bread sling to.make it easier to put the dough in and take the bread out.It's great and I reccomend it to all bread bakers!
