These gummies aren't too chewy, or too soft. They have good flavor. I don't know how much of the magnesium is actually absorbed or of the amounts are really accurate, we've been using these for over a month now and haven't seen a huge improvement but we will keep on and see if there's any more improvement in the next few months.
