Easy peasy
It took about 10 minutes to install and works perfectly. Check out Youtube videos which show how to safely and easily pop the cover off the dash to get to the buzzer. Remove two screws connecting the old buzzer, unplug it and plug in the new buzzer and replace the screws and cover and you're done!

2005 Nissan Titan
Called Nissan and they now charge $90 bucks for this part from the dealership. They also charge $85 to run the diagnostic test to see what is wrong with the system. For them to run the test, install and use their factory buzzer, your looking at a bill over $200. I ran the test myself at home with help of online forums and youtube videos (took 5 mins). Determined that my buzzer was bad from the test. Purchased this on a Thursday and during checkout it said the product will arrive the following Tuesday. To my surprise it arrived on Saturday. Install was super easy (about another 5 mins) and fit the connector just like buying a factory OEM buzzer. All in all I spent 24 bucks to fix a problem that Nissan would have charged over $200 for. Sounds great, and works well. Time will tell how long it lasts. But with how fast the shipping was and having a perfectly working product, I am a happy customer.

Fixed issue of blinking warning light
Armada has had flashing dash light for backup on/off switch .Knew the rear sensors seemed ok.Trouble was with the front. After some research found the front has a seperate buzzer than rear. The front buzzer causingsystem error. The buzzer is underneath a little removable panel on driver side of dash.Replaced and cleared flashing light.$20 dollar fix vs. $200 taking it to the dealer!

Good replacement
This is a good cheaper replacement for the oem one but it isnt as loud and has a different sound. I don't have to turn down the radio to hear it anymore now that my ears have adjusted to this vs the original but it is a lot cheaper the the oe one so I am happy with it.

Works great, ten minute replace.
The new backup speaker works great and arrived on time and fit perfectly. It is slightly quieter than the OEM speaker, but clearly audible. The only challenge I had was that the screws require a 5.5mm socket which I didn't have, but fortunately a 7/32 socket worked just fine. The whole thing took 10 minutes to replace.

2010 QX56 Works, much cheaper than dealership, tone is slightly different
I replaced my front buzzer after the front sensors stopped working and it fixed the problem.Only complaint is that the tone is slightly different, but for the price who can really complain.
