Very well made. These will be great for walking, step aerobics and anytime you need to use a lower weight for toning. These are soft and easy to grab and easy on the hands. you will definitely have less fatigue and be able to go for more reps longer.

These weights were just perfect. They are soft and flexible for my arthritic thumbs and so much more comfortable than the hard handled weights.!

I bought these for my elderly 80 year old mother. She loves them. The straps are velcro. It’s like a bean bag weight except not as squishy. It’s easy for her to hold. It’s the right amount of weight. She uses them everyday. The bright color makes it easy for her to see therefore reminding her to work out.

Velcro hand straps are great quality but if you have small hands, hard to get them adjusted. Excess strap material hangs over weights. Overall I like the weights.

Soft hand weights were purchased because of problems in my hands. These have helped so that I am still able to work out with weights and not hurt my hands as much. I didn’t want to give up using weights. Whether you have issues or not these are great to work out with and I do recommend.
