It arrives compressed down, flat as a pancake. That makes it ideal for buying more than one and storing the spares flat on a shelf somewhere. The cover is nice and soft. The memory foam is nice and firm. It's a little small for my neck, though, so if you've got a large neck circumference, it might feel a bit tight and you probably won't be able to fasten the snaps. But it's a great little pillow for a reasonable price.

It was ok. Could be a little more supportive in the back of neck but overall it did the job. The outer cover is a really soft material and I loved that soft pink color. Came vacuum sealed in the mail and with a few squeezes all over, it puffed up well. Didn’t have a lingering plastic smell either which I’ve seen with other vacuum sealed cushions.

This is a solid pillow, no question about it.I took it on a full on college camping trip, and during the ridiculously long bus ride, it was 110% comfortable the entire way.When I got to the campground—the real test—I found a way to make it work as a pillow, and it delivered. It was perfect.Two key tests, and it passed both with no problem. I couldn’t carry a regular pillow, so I tested this to its full potential—and it absolutely came through.It's s a sleek pillow with two button adjustments, I just wish I had bought the carrying case for it that is my only suggestion.

This neck pillow is everything I hoped for. The memory foam is really soft but still offers great support, especially for long flights. I love the adjustable front clasp—it helps keep the pillow in place so it doesn’t shift around. Plus, the pink color is super cute and the fabric feels plush and cozy. I’ve even started using it at home when I’m reading or watching TV. Definitely a travel must-have!

I was so happy when this arrived. I had surgery and need to sleep kind of propped up in bed. I love to read in bed, and I needed neck support to do so, since I often just fall asleep while reading. This was almost too small to wear. I could snap the closure, but just barely. It made it raise up oddly so it was covering my ears and as it gradually felt like it was strangling me. I know I won't return it - bc I'm terrible at following through with returns - but I also know that I'm unlikely to use it again unless it's for some originally unintended purpose (I can't image what). I'll end up ordering something else. The reason it has 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because it is very, very soft as promised - and the snaps seem good quality. It was packed and shipped well, and it fully expanded fairly quickly after unsealing the vacuum pack. It also arrived on time. But in terms of its actual use - nope. I do not recommend it if you have a regular size neck. I highly recommend if you have a very skinny, long neck.

This was great quality for the price! Appreciated the comfort for the plane ride. Was able to rest.

I love this pillow. It's a little smaller than my previous pillow and fits better. Also love that I can wash the cover.
