Love this coffee maker. It looks Awesome, a very nice addition to my countertop. It brews super-fast, and is extremely quiet. Having all the options for sizes, strength of coffee, water temperature, Iced coffee, etc., and the speed at which it brews, I definitely recommend this machine.

This was everything I was hoping it would be. I bought this for my home studio so I could have some hot tea or hot chocolate (since I'm not a coffee drinker) and it definitely exceeded my expectations. It brews quickly, and is small enough to sit perfectly on a shelf where I placed it. It is definitely built to last. I even found out that I can use the hot water in my instant mashed potatoes or even my instant sups or noodles. Very happy with this purchase and a great value. Easy to clean maintain. The smell of my hot chocolate brewing is almost as good as the smell of coffee. (Yes, I don't drink coffee but I do enjoy the smell of it brewing), so all things considered, this gets 5 stars from me.

After a power surge or lightning strike a few weeks ago, I needed to order several new items that were no longer working. I chose this Keurig because of the iced coffee feature since it had also blown our new HVAC system, and we're without AC for over 3 weeks now. Perfect choice!! I'm sure the hot coffee is good too, but the iced coffee is amazing! Who would have thought that you could get coffee this good in your own home? If you're on the fence and love iced coffee, buy it. It's saving our sanity as we wait for them to buy the expensive parts to replace on our HVAC. So easy to use.

The machine is great. I already had one that was a few years old maybe 5 to 6 years and I felt that it was time for me to get a new one. The old one worked fine. I cleaned it up a little and donated it and told them that it did work. This Keurig has a few different features than what I’m used to. I also picked the silver color, which is absolutely great. It brightens up the area that I placed it in. I normally hate getting anything new since I have to learn how to use it and with this Keurig there’s about maybe 20% that is completely new and it was relatively easy to learn to do except that you have to remember by the next day what you learnedthe day before and being a senior citizen, your memory is not that great lol.It was easy to put together and get it to start. I do have one major complaint, and that would be the way it was delivered. I live on the second floor, and it the box was left on the first floor in front of a garbage shoot there are no condos in that area where the box was left. Luckily a neighbor spotted it, looked at the label and saw that it belonged to somebody up on the second floor, and I got a knock on the door about two hours after it was delivered to the garbage shoot and I am very happy for nice neighbors. A picture was taken of the box and where it was left you can see grass alongside the bottom of the picture and you can see the garbage shoot on top of the box. I did leave a comment to Amazon and I have not heard anything from them yet and I really don’t expect to hear anything from them. But all in all, I’m very happy that I got it and that it really works well and I do love it so I’m happy.

This gets 5 stars because the company replaced it quickly. the first one’s programming buttons didn’t work correctly.Keurig makes a great machine and the quick replacement worked great.

Great machine well made easy to use. This is the 2nd one we have purchased 10 out of 10
