The quality of the metal, and the thickness, is more durable than any knife or machete I have ever owned before. It is sharp enough to shave the hairs off of my arm. The blade is not much longer than a large bowie knife, but the thickness of the shaft causes it to hit very hard. This will easily slice through small branches, and if you use a large stick like a hammer, you could chop down many a small tree with this knife. The weight, and the balance are extraordinary. I originally ordered one for myself. But, I was so impressed with the knife, I ordered one more for each of my children. (Youngest is 17) This knife is not a toy, and not for children. But, for what I want and need, it is perfect! Camping, survival, etc. One knife that can do it all.

Perfect weight, razor sharp, hefty blade will hack whatever you're swinging at. Handle is compact with excellent ergonomics, allows a firm grip and great control. Also very comfortable, with a fine finish; perfectly smooth with plenty of texture. The sheath is of fair quality, well made design and excellent craftsmanship, not the style I prefer but will definitely last.

Well built heavy duty steel

Good chopper. Nice length. Nice heft to it. Hard to get and keep a decent edge on the blade. Don’t much care for the sheath. It fits but it’s ugly and poor quality leather. I’ve been hard on the blade. Chopping thorns and saplings. I’m too small to wield a standard machete so this is good. I just have to hone the blade frequently to keep a sharp edge. Stainless is harder to sharpen than carbon steel but it doesn’t rust as much. It’s good enough for what I’m doing -clearing brush and small treea

I searched long and hard to make sure I would find what I wanted. This machete/cleaver has a really nice heft. It is a single piece of steel, and the blade is nearly 1/4" thick at the widest point. It is heavy. It is not a knife, but the blade is very sharp, and the weight makes it ideal for chopping as well as cutting. The handle is made of wood and a little rough, but still nice. The sheath is leather and decent, although because of the weight, I wish it had a tie-loop at the end to make carrying it easier. For the price, I cannot think of a nicer blade.

Really like it but not as large as I expected. Which turned out to be a good thing. Handy out of doors and a good kitchen chopper for large or tough items.

This chopper really surprised me. Heavy, solid construction. Be careful. Razor, and I mean razor sharp out of the box. I haven't used it in the field yet, but just curious tried to shave my arm. It literally shaves. This will be a major part of my hunting/survival gear. I may buy another one.

Very durable and tough little machete. Feels good in your hand. Nice and sharp. Perfect size for small jobs around the camp site.

Tuve dudas para adquirir este producto. La marca no es muy reconocida y no tiene el nombre o logo en el machete ni en la funda. Sin embargo estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. Es realmente robusto, muy robusto. El acero se aprecia de buena calidad. Al sacarlo de la funda no tiene un filo muy agudo, pero con un poco de trabajo con afilador de carburo y cerámica queda muy filoso. Es muy cómodo para manipularlo y el diseño es francamente muy agradable. La funda es también muy buena. En pocas palabras, este producto es excelente. Y el precio es bajo con respecto a la calidad que es evidente. Tengo una colección de cuchillos y machetes de marcas muy reconocidas pero este artículo no se queda atrás para nada. Lo recomiendo al 100%
