I love this stuff.
It has a really nice flavor and definitely helps to hydrate you. I usually use it before and after a workout. Or any other time I break a sweat. I usually mix my creatine with it after the gym. Especially when I use the sauna. And for the price, you get quite a bit. Even using it every day, it lasts me a couple months. Plus, it has really good clean ingredients. So I definitely recommend it to anyone who works out, or just wants an easily mix able and tasty drink, that will hydrate you and keep you functioning at your best.

Effortless Hydration That Stays With Me
I bought this to replace sugary drinks during hot days and after workouts. I wanted something with real electrolytes and a solid potassium boost without sugar. The formula delivers 1,000 mg of potassium per scoop, plus electrolytes from natural coconut water and real lemon juice. With 2 pounds and 139 servings, plus 0 sugar and 0 calories, it seemed like a clean, long lasting option. It’s also non GMO and made without soy, dairy, or gluten, and it’s backed by third party lab tests, which matters to me. Mixing is straightforward. I add a scoop to a bottle of water and it dissolves quickly with no gritty residue. The lemon raspberry flavor is bright and refreshing without being too sweet, which makes it easy to drink during workouts, after a hot run, or on busy days. It fits in a gym bag and in my daily routine without fuss. What stood out is how well it keeps hydration steady without sugar calories. The high potassium seems to support muscle comfort and energy during outdoor activities, and the coconut water base gives it a natural finish that I actually enjoy. I also appreciate that there are no allergens typically found in other mixes and that it’s tested for purity. One small note is that the flavor, while pleasant, can be a bit tart at first if you’re not ready for citrus first thing in the morning. The 6.5 g scoop is a larger amount to measure, but it blends fine in a typical bottle once you start using it regularly. Overall I am very happy with this product and would buy it again.

Underated
I'm usually too lazy to write reviews these days, but sometimes ya just gotta give props where props are due, and let the company know that as long as they continue doing what they're doing, they've earned a forever place in your heart ❤️ I've been using this product for probably around a year now. It's everything I want in a product; it has excellent flavor. It's sugar free. It has electrolytes, what plants need! And the price tag for the amount of product you receive is the freaking icing on the cake! Thank you, Micro!! Honestly one large bag can last me a month or more, depending on the flavor and whether or not my little gremlins are helping themselves to Mommy's "vitamins water" 😄 I started on the grape. As someone else mentioned, grape took a hiatus for a bit. Some reviews complained about how badly it stained your skin or, anything it touched, really. And it DID, but I felt it was a small price to pay for the superior flavor. However, it's now back, and I am happy to report that yes, it still turns purple when wet, but it doesn't stain like it did, and the flavor is still right on point! I used the raspberry lemon stuff while grape was getting her makeover on, and my only complaint is that I had to use a little bit more of it to get the flavor my spoiled self has grown accustomed to with the single scoop grape. Other than that,I enjoyed it. Oh, and yes, the lemon stuff does turn into a brick if exposed the any moisture so, be careful there. I have yet to try the Pina colada flavor as i was worried it would be more colada and too sweet for me - coconut is so hard to not make it taste synthetic in things like this, imo. But after seeing more reviews of it here today, I'm wondering if I should give it a chance next time. I'll update if I do, I genuinely appreciate this company that much! Thanks for making such a phenomenal product!

Good electrolyte powder, but used to be better
Unfortunately, it seems that the manufacturer recently changed the recipe for the Concord Grape flavor. As several other people noted, the flavor is no longer as strong or as good, and the color is much lighter. While I don't really care about the color, and it's nice that it no longer dyes everything it touches, the flavor is definitely a downgrade. Originally I would have given this a 6/5 if I could; that's how good I thought the flavor was, and being well priced was the cherry on top. With all that said, it's still a good electrolyte powder. The flavor is still decent and it's an extremely cost effective way to get potassium into your system. I've seen a few complaints about it not having high enough sodium, but honestly you can just add a few pinches of table salt if you're worried about that. Potassium is the much more difficult mineral to hit daily targets for anyways. I have also tried the Lemon & Raspberry, as well as the Pina Colada flavors. I wasn't a huge fan of either of those though. While they weren't terrible, they are nowhere near as good as the Grape in my opinion (even after it's been changed). Hopefully the manufacturer will go back to the previous Grape recipe, or at least find some middle ground between the current and previous flavor. But if not, it's still a good deal all things considered.
